We’re hiring Temporary Operators to support the start-up and commissioning of our cutting-edge facility; Although this is a “temporary” role, we look forward to keeping our top performers. This is a hands-on, team-driven role where safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence are top priorities. Retention Bonuses

• $200 every 2 months
• $1,000 after 1 year
• $1,500 at plant commissioning

Compensation & Benefits

• $25/hr

What You’ll Do

• Operate chemical and utility process equipment during plant start-up
• Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and report to supervisors
• Document daily operations and process challenges
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and emergency response prep
• Identify and share ideas for operational improvements

What You Bring

• High School Diploma required; vocational or associate degree a plus
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Familiarity with safety and environmental standards
• Ability to operate mobile equipment (fork trucks, manlifts, etc.)
• Physical ability to handle 55 lb product bags
• Flexibility with work schedules
