Customer Service Representative
This position is on-site except for Fridays; there are no other remote/hybrid options.
We require a tech-savvy and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with a background in data management. This role supports sales, finance, and distribution in our growing Atlanta-Georgia operations.
The role is for a leading designer and manufacturer of plush toys and gifts for the global attraction, gift, and souvenir markets. Their Atlanta office offers a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting with a close-knit, boutique atmosphere.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to rep groups, sales teams, and clients
- Manage and process data using platforms like Market Time (formerly BrandWise) or EMUN1.
- Support sales automation and data interrogation efforts
- Handle order entry, including urgent and time-sensitive orders
- Collaborate with finance and distribution center teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain and manage data in Business Central ERP
- Provide timely responses and issue resolution with a strong sense of urgency
- Learn our plush product lines with proficiency
Skills/Qualifications Required:
- Work on-site, except Fridays, in Atlanta, GA 30324
- 2+ years of clerical or administrative experience
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Strong IT literacy; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred
- Familiarity with sales data tools such as Market Time or EMUN1
- Experience working across rep groups, sales teams, finance, and distribution centers
- Excellent organizational, data management, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A positive & calm attitude even while stressed
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
