Customer Service Representative (Part - Time)
Our client, located in the Tigard / Beaverton, area is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, all around office professional to process orders and assist the New Business team meet its goals. As a Customer Service Representative you will work closely with their small professional staff and be part of a growing team.
In the role of Customer Service Representative you will:
- Process customer orders
- Handle timely invoicing
- Perform Reception duties
- Maintain customer data base integrity
- Update website content
The knowledge, skills and abilities required for this position include:
- Experience in a professional office setting
- Quick Books knowledge
- Ability to learn and understand new software applications
**This is a part-time 20 - 25 hour per week position. Hours: 7/8am - 11:30/12pm five days a week.**
