Senior Sales Executive
This is an in-office role in Atlanta, GA with travel capped at 40%.
Join our client’s dedicated and passionate team in Atlanta, GA and take over the responsibilities of building a strong business within their National Key Accounts. They have a strong portfolio of fun, joy-boosting products that they sell to a broad customer base, primarily within the tourist and souvenir industry.
As our client’s new Senior Sales Executive, you will manage, nurture, and grow their big box/national accounts as well as large buying groups. They have a large untapped business potential that they are eager to grow and they have the right product portfolio to do so.

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership for driving top line sales growth and profitability within the mass retail channel
- Forge new business alliances with leading retailers in the US market
- Actively manage existing accounts through category management and solution driven programs
- Monitor and evaluate competitor products, product lines, tactics and trends.
- Develop and maintain current relationships with key buyers and buying groups.
- Communicate proactively and reactively in a timely fashion to be the “go-to” resource throughout the organization for all mass chain customers.
- Serve as the voice of the customer in interaction with the product team.
- Lead the planning, creation, and delivery of product line presentations for mass customers.
- Manage shipments and orders for all mass customers.
- Ensure an aligned, clear process and instruction on executing mass orders.
- Ensure timely and correct execution toward all customer needs.
- Develop and update sales budgets and forecasts for the segment.
- Drive excellence in sales process
- Understand strategy and tactics of key competitors in assigned account(s) and proactively communicate internally as needed.
- Creates and presents financial metrics of proposed or initiated programs.
Skills/Qualifications:
- This is an IN-OFFICE role in Atlanta, GA
- 10+ years’ sales/account experience with regional/national retailers
- 5+ years experience handling rep groups/brokers
- 5+ years experience business development & “opening new doors”
- Experience in CPG retail sales environment required (toy industry preferred).
- Knowledge of US domestic and direct import programs
- Bachelor’s Degree relevant area, preferred.
- Experience working in an international group setting and matrix organization.
- Outstanding communication and time management skills
- Structured and detailed sales approach with strong understanding of financial metrics, P&L and pricing models
- Strong on execution and closure skillset
- Comfortable working in a small team “roll-up your sleeves” environment
The position requires travel which may amount to 40% of work time.
