Job Opportunity: Full-Time Maintenance Repair Technician

Location: Beaverton/Portland Metro Area

Position Summary:

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management maintenance. Strong customer service skills, self-motivation, and efficiency are essential. Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates are a plus!

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years in maintenance; experience in property management maintenance preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Vehicle: Must have a truck or similar working vehicle.
• Tools: Must have tools, including a ladder.
• Background Check: Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reference Check: Candidates must provide professional references

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete work order requests efficiently and accurately.
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Conduct drywall repairs and painting (both interior and exterior).
• Turn vacant units and prepare them for new tenants.
• Lift and move items up to 75 lbs.
• Organize, schedule, and prioritize work orders effectively.
• Timely completion of daily paperwork
• Efficiently use G-mail and Google calendar on a smart phone
• Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to personal hygiene standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
