About Us:

Our client is a leading company in property management and construction, dedicated to providing high-quality services to our tenants in the greater Portland Metro area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for interior and exterior painting by taping, scraping, sanding, patching, and mudding.
• Paint cabinetry and install sheetrock.
• Apply primer and paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes.
• Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter or damage with drop cloths or masking tape.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Timely completion of daily paperwork
• Efficiently use G-mail and Google calendar on a smart phone

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of interior/exterior painting experience.
• Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
• Proficiency in caulking, patching, texturizing, and mudding.
• Experience painting cabinetry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic repairs and maintenance experience preferred.
• Must provide painting tools and a ladder
• Must have a driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must provide professional references.

Job Details:

• Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts
• Work Location: Extensive travel to various sites throughout the Portland Metro area (personal vehicle required)
• Mileage reimbursement
