Our client is revolutionizing the way you think about security and creating dynamic solutions that have real-world impact.

As our client's Account Executive, you will sell their security systems and services, helping promote safer communities. Every day, you will network and schedule sales meetings that allow you to uncover the needs of clients and potential clients. You’ve done this before, with another company, successfully developing sales pipelines that lead to sales and happy customers. You’re ready for a company that supports a better work-life balance; you won’t fly or drive long distances to meet with clients, as you will live and work within the community that you serve (Portland and Vancouver markets, they also have other offices throughout Washington and Idaho).

To facilitate your transition to create a sales pipeline they will guarantee your commission for 3 months.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with current clients while networking to developing new ones, representing our client's mission, brand and products to close more sales deals within your assigned territory/segment.
  • Work with customer service, install and sales teams to better understand client needs and concerns to maximize sales & profits.
  • Cultivate local business/government partnerships and organizational affiliations to increase your potential business network and sales opportunities.

 

Who You Are:

  • You are a good listener and observer, understanding others’ needs without them explicitly telling you.  You know how to persuade key decision makers.
  • You successfully sell products and services to other businesses, creating your own business pipeline.
  • You are tenacious, showing perseverance in your work history rather than constantly chasing the next big thing.
  • You have a driver’s license, a reliable vehicle and a driving record that won’t scare our insurance company.
  • You can successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening including Cannabis.

 

You’ll Receive:

  • Expected first year income: $70-85K (includes 50K base, monthly commission, quarterly & annual bonus structure.  (Year 2 OTE 100k+), no cap on commission.
  • The first 3 months include $1500 monthly commission guarantee.
