Office Support Admin
Our client, an established Property Management Company is currently looking for full-time Administrative Support for their maintenance team and office staff. Set hours Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (office is closed for lunch 12-1).
Qualified applicants will have experience creating and sending professional e-mails, excellent, friendly, customer service skills, be well organized, and cleanly. Applicants need to be self-motivated and efficient with time management.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
· Point of contact for maintenance scheduler
· Sort and respond to incoming tenant maintenance request emails, phone calls, and online work orders
· Send work orders to vendors and follow up to completion, request bids and estimates
· Providing exceptional customer service in challenging situations
· Check keys in and out to maintenance team
· Fill, data entry and file scanning
· Cross-train and assist with other office positions as needed, overall office support.
