National Sales Manager

Hallandale, FL

Our client, now in their 47th year in the Souvenir Business, selling to Zoo's, Aquariums, Museums, Theme Parks, Airport Shops, Cruise Ships and Souvenir Gift Shops is seeking a high energy, motivated, and well-organized experienced Sales & Marketing Individual with a strong business acumen. The role of National Sales Manager will have a team of Sales Managers working for them and will report directly to the VP of Sales.   A proven track record of building, growing. and leading sales teams is a requirement for this role.

Responsibilities for this position focus on:

  • Preparing and participating in national industry trade shows
  • Sales and market analysis / Sales
  • New Market Growth
  • Targeted product development
  • Sales force team management and leadership
  • Account relations management
  • Development and implementation of sales and marketing incentives

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Able to travel to 4 to 6 trade shows per year
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales and Marketing management, managing a team of sales representative 
  • Enjoy challenges and problem solving
  • Desires to be a dynamic contributor and individual on a team; not a number.

Location/Job Type: This role is a full-time salaried role. The team environment is crucial to the success of this role and requires work to be performed in-office (when not traveling or visiting customers) in the client's Hallandale, FL office.
