Sales Representative: Inside Sales

This is an on-site role at our client’s shared services location, 225 Ottley Dr. Northeast, Atlanta, GA

 

Our client is a leading designer and manufacturer of plush toys for the gift and souvenir market. Founded in Denmark in 2005, the group has built its success and great reputation on a value proposition revolving around sustainability/ESG, strong customer service, and digitalization.

They are currently looking to fill an Inside Sales Representative position with a focus on Zoo, Aquarium and Museums in the USA. This is a full-time position, located in Atlanta, GA.

The Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success by contacting leads and maintaining accounts in the Zoo, Aquarium and Museum industries. This position reports to the US Sales Director.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully present and sell product lines using digital tools provided by CRM, ecommerce, catalogs, and internal presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Analyze sales KPIs, account seasonality and inventory levels to provide result driven action plans.
  • Respond to incoming calls and submit orders in a timely manner.
  • Manage discrepancies and resolve conflicts with a solution-based approach.
  • Work with the dedicated design, sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure the highest quality and timeliness of deliverables on behalf of our customers.
  • Communicate customer expectations to various support departments.
  • Attend meetings via TEAMS frequently.
  • Meet annual sales growth goals.

 

 

Skills/Qualifications Required:          

  • Work on-site 100% at 225 Ottley Dr Northeast, Atlanta, GA
  • Minimum of 1-2 years prior sales experience, preferably within the toy, souvenir, or gift industries.
  • Customer Service experience a plus.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and effectively present to customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • MS office suite with emphasis in Excel and ERP/CRM software skills necessary.
  • Goal-oriented and strong personal drive.
    • 45-55K annual base salary
    • Performance bonus + Commission plan (currently being determined)
    • Weekly work schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible 8-hour shift.
