A Portland residential property management company is currently looking for an experienced full time Property Maintenance Technician to join their team! Properties are located throughout the Portland metropolitan area, requiring some extensive driving.

This position requires 5+ years maintenance experience, preferable 1-2 years of experience in property management maintenance. Must have excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated, and efficient. Bilingual a plus.

This is not an entry level position. You must have several years’ experience in residential repairs and maintenance. Must work independently and be able to complete the repairs maintenance requested provided on work orders on your own, quickly, and efficiently.

We require applicants to have their own truck or similar working vehicle, basic tools, and a valid driver’s license with proper auto insurance. There is a .55 cent per mile reimbursement. Applicants must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and be able to pass a criminal background investigation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Complete work order requests
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
• Drywall repair
• Painting experience in both interior and exterior
• Turning vacant units
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
• Must be well organized, and able to schedule and prioritize work orders.
• Must dress neatly and appropriately at all times and maintain adequate personal hygiene.

Pay rate: $24-$30 per hour, DOE.
